The two of us were still on October 31, 2020 before the lockdown in the Biberach dining room. From the outside you would not expect such a first-class restaurant with gourmet cuisine. Varied and creative menus are offered. The adaptation to a regular and a vegetarian menu was possible without any problems. For me as a wine lover, the corresponding wine accompaniment was very interesting, as the surcharge was very moderate. Everything went together perfectly in terms of taste. The naturally cloudy freshly tapped beer from the Allgäu also tasted very good. At the end of the day we ordered a cheese platter from the cheese trolley as an upgrade. Isn't there often here in the region. The staff was always friendly and very attentive. Clear recommendation!

Very good team. Very good food. Very good location. You can probably get the prices. titled as high, but what you get for it is worth the money. A very friendly team that gives you a warm welcome. A location where you can sit comfortably and far enough apart (even before Corona). The food is fresh and well prepared. The presentation on the plate is great. The food is obtained regionally (the farm is even mentioned on the menu). The regional is of course also limited to seasonal goods. I think it's a great concept. What makes the restaurant special are the many events that take place here. My highlights: Walking Dinner, Japan in the dining room. (I'll be honest and have to say that I unfortunately find both events to be too expensive). Since these events are a bonus, this is not a "star deduction" for me. For me, the restaurant is a clear recommendation for special occasions. For example a wedding anniversary, birthday or if you just want to celebrate something.

In my opinion the best restaurant in the area. The dishes served are always a highlight, both in terms of cuisine and appearance. I have been to the dining room with friends a few times and have never been disappointed. The dessert with forest fruits was awesome the other day. The service is excellent too. I'm curious what the new card will bring. It would also be ideal if seasonal dishes were also offered from time to time (asparagus, chanterelles, pumpkin, etc.). If that's already the case, it would be helpful to have a corresponding info posted on Instagram;)

As soon as you enter the restaurant, you have the feeling that you are working with great passion and quality. Here you can shop regionally and seasonally! Class! Very good and creative menu. The brown trout was of excellent quality, but the absolute highlight was the vegan dish (Wareniki). The service was super nice and courteous. There is even a cheese trolley where you can choose from at the table. Cool! Excellent wine list, there is nothing to add. The dining room is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in this region and beyond. If you want to be cooked honestly and creatively, this is the place for you!

The atmosphere and interior were nice in the restaurant. Love the ideal behind using old wine bottles after remodel as normal drinking glass. Top and friendly service. The main course could be better.

Been there for the second time for a family Christmas dinner! The food is just great and highly recommended! You can choose between three menus. One of them is vegetarian. So there is something for every taste! Highly Recommended.

Great atmosphere, friendly service, interesting and upscale food, always at least a vegetarian option. Corresponding prices (between medium and high). Large selection of wines (mainly in bottles). Large parking lot. Unfortunately, the location can only be reached by car.

One of the excellent restaurants in the Biberach area. The dining room is characterized by sophisticated Swabian cuisine, with a noticeable Mediterranean influence. * Not a typical inn, even though there are actually onion roast on the menu. Instead, stylish ambience, friendly and courteous service. The map is not too big, but everything is absolutely fresh and daily new recommendations are offered. Vegetarian, fish, meat, vegetables, salads, desserts, everything is there. Exquisite wine list, excellent espresso. A bit strange. The reviews for the dining room seem to divorce the minds. The onion roast is excellent and perfectly à-point (medium). The service is warm and attentive, very well trained. The recommendations are worth paying attention to. The bream ... ... admittedly, I was a bit disappointed, and I've been pondering for a long time, whether that costs a star. In the menu is Dorade. I got a filet. At the price point I would have expected to be offered the fish as a whole, with the option of having it filleted by the waiter. He tasted very well, * no bone *, and the dim-sum were delicious. So I can overlook that.

great food nice service

The place may not be much to look at from outside, but I have rarely been so surprised: a clean, comfortable interior with a nice personal touch, and an attentive, yet unobtrusive service. But even if none of that were true, I'd still come back: the food was nothing short of excellent!
